Genesis Ibrc India Ltd — Important, 19-01-2026: Company Update

Genesis IBRC India's board has approved significant changes to its leadership and structure. The company appointed Mr. Padmanaban Krishnamoorthy as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson, Ms. V. Varalakshmi as Non-Executive Director, and Ms. Poonam Chaturvedi as Managing Director, who was also initially appointed as an Additional Director.
