Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd — Important, 19-01-2026: Company Update

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has secured a new Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for a 10MWac/14MWp Ground Mount Solar PV Plant in Uttar Pradesh. The contract, valued at approximately INR 37.96 Crore (Excl. Taxes), was awarded by a domestic manufacturer and supplier of industrial gases. This turnkey project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026-27, significantly enhancing the company's project pipeline and contributing to its renewable energy initiatives.
