SC Agrotech's Board approved the allotment of 2.595 crore equity shares, each with a face value of INR 10, to non-promoter individuals. These shares resulted from the conversion of 2.595 crore fully convertible warrants, originally issued at Rs. 16 per warrant. This allotment significantly increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from INR 35.22 crore to INR 61.17 crore, expanding the total shares from 3.522 crore to 6.117 crore.
