A consortium comprising Arix Capital Limited, Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha, and Mr. Punitbhai Lakkad has launched an open offer to acquire up to 26% of Netlink Solutions (India) Limited's voting share capital. The offer price stands at ₹201 per share, with a total consideration of ₹13.22 crore if fully accepted. This mandatory offer stems from their indirect acquisition of control over Netlink through its holding company. The acquirers intend to assume joint control with existing promoters and will seek reclassification as promoters.
