The Company's Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Rasa as an Additional Director (Non-Executive), following the suggestion of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Rasa is a seasoned business professional with experience in fintech, regulated financial services, and corporate finance. He co-founded ZikZuk Technologies, where he was involved in developing RBI-aligned fintech platforms and securing RBI approvals. He also serves as a Director at NASA Hospitals. His expertise in fintech regulation, capital allocation, governance, and execution is expected to provide strategic oversight and contribute to the Company’s merchandise and IT services businesses.
