Muthoot Microfin will raise ₹150 Cr via Private Placement of 15,000 Secured NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1 Lakh. These NCDs offer interest rates from 9.70% to 9.95% p.a. with tenures of 24 to 36 months, paid monthly. A prior ₹150 Cr issue was cancelled.
