    KPEL board allotted 6,88,800 equity shares to promoter Dr. Faruk G. Patel from warrant conversion at ₹412/share, receiving ₹21.28 Cr. This increases share capital from ₹33.45 Cr to ₹33.80 Cr and promoter stake from 44.88% to 45.44%. All warrants are now converted.
