Jay Ushin Limited's bank loan facilities of Rs. 125 Crore have seen their credit ratings reaffirmed by Crisil Ratings at 'Crisil BBB-/Stable' for long-term and 'Crisil A3' for short-term. The stable outlook reflects the company's established market position in auto components, reputable clientele, and consistent revenue growth. However, low profitability, due to direct sales to OEMs and high competition, coupled with a moderate financial risk profile from past debt-funded capital expenditure, remain challenges. The company reported FY25 revenue of Rs. 855 crore, up from Rs. 726 crore in the previous fiscal, with a projected Rs. 900 crore for FY26, supported by a healthy orderbook.
