Amber Enterprises India Limited has informed the Exchange that in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 05th March 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Company received a Stay Order from the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in connection with the Show Cause Notice received by the Company.
