Bajaj Consumer Care Limited — PPTs, 21-01-2026: Investor Presentation
Bajaj Consumer Care delivered a strong Q3 FY26, signaling a consumption revival. Consolidated Topline surged 32.7% YoY to ₹306.1 Cr, with EBITDA rocketing 109.5% to ₹56.9 Cr and Profit After Tax (PAT) up 83.2% to ₹46.4 Cr. Gross Margins expanded significantly by 802 basis points to 60.0%.
Domestic business saw robust growth, driven by double-digit volume expansion in Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil (ADHO) and strong momentum in smaller LUP packs. The Bajaj Coconut Portfolio achieved high single-digit value growth, while Banjara saw mid-teens growth. Both urban and rural General Trade performed well, with rural making a comeback. Organized Trade, including Modern Trade and E-commerce, continues to thrive.
Strategic focus includes aggressive digital and influencer campaigns for ADHO, driving strong brand momentum and market share gains. The company is also refining its Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation ("Arohan") across key states, having exceeded its direct reach addition targets for FY26.
Despite a weak quarter for International Business, Nepal is back on track, and sequential improvement is anticipated in regions like KSA following distributor transitions. Management sees easing inflation and a strong agricultural outlook as tailwinds for sustained consumption growth.
