Beryl Securities Ltd — Important, 21-01-2026: Company Update

Beryl Securities announced a change in its key management. Mr. Kamlesh Gupta has resigned as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel for personal reasons. Following this, the company appointed CS Neha Sharma as the new Company Secretary, Key Managerial Person, and Compliance Officer, effective January 4, 2026. Ms. Sharma is an ICSI member. The company also clarified that an initial announcement had inadvertently omitted Mr. Gupta's formal resignation letter, which has now been submitted in a revised filing.
