Hi-Klass Trading and Investment has issued a revised update regarding the allotment of 6,384,000 new equity shares at Rs. 25 each, generated from warrant conversions. The company received 11.97 Cr from these conversions. This revision corrects an inadvertent clerical error in the names of certain allottees previously announced. As a result, the company's paid-up capital has increased from 7.11 Cr (14,212,400 shares) to 10.30 Cr (20,596,400 shares). Another 12,916,000 warrants remain outstanding, convertible into equity shares. This update clarifies the shareholder structure post-allotment.
