Achyut Healthcare Ltd — Important, 21-01-2026: Company Update

Achyut Healthcare's board approved its financial results for the quarter and nine-month period. The company will shift its registered office within Ahmedabad to support operational expansion. Subject to shareholder approval, the authorized capital will increase from Rs. 24 crore to Rs. 26 crore to facilitate future fundraising. The board also approved a preferential issue of up to 58 lakh equity shares at Rs. 6 each, raising Rs. 3.48 crore. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting is scheduled for February 19 to approve these proposals.
