Achyut Healthcare Ltd — Important, 21-01-2026: Company Update

Achyut Healthcare announced financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company plans to boost its Authorized Capital from 24 Cr to 26 Cr for future fundraising. It will also issue up to 58 lakh equity shares at Rs. 6 each, including a Rs. 5 premium, raising 3.48 Cr through a preferential issue. Additionally, the registered office will shift within Ahmedabad to a larger workspace supporting operational expansion. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held to seek shareholder approval for these capital changes.
