KEI Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 21-01-2026: Record Date

KEI Industries' Board has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per equity share (225% on face value of ₹2) for FY25-26. The Record Date for this dividend is January 28, 2026. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the payout. The Board also approved voluntary delisting from The Calcutta Stock Exchange, but shares will continue to trade on NSE and BSE.
