The company's Board of Directors has approved a change in its leadership team. Mr. Faizal Bavaraparambil Abdul Khader has been appointed as an Additional Director, following a review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Khader brings approximately 18 years of experience in manufacturing, trading of plywood, spices, resins, petrochemicals, and electronic product distribution. Concurrently, Mr. Rachit Garg has resigned from his directorship. These changes reflect adjustments in the company's governance structure, bringing new expertise to the board.
