Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd — Important, 21-01-2026: Company Update

Uday Jewellery Industries Limited has secured National Company Law Tribunal approval for its amalgamation with Narbada Gems and Jewellery Limited. This strategic merger will see Narbada Gems dissolve, with its assets, liabilities, and employees transferring to Uday Jewellery. Effective from April 01, 2024, the scheme aims to streamline operations, optimize costs, and enhance shareholder value through pooled resources and a unified business structure. For every 10,000 Narbada Gems shares, Uday Jewellery will issue 4,623 of its shares. The combined entity will also manage existing financial obligations, including an income tax demand of Rs. 1.85 Lakh.
