Senco Gold is acquiring a 68% stake in August Jewellery Private Limited (Melorra) for ₹68 crore. This strategic move aims to boost Senco Gold's digital and omnichannel presence, targeting the fast-growing young consumer market. Melorra's strong e-commerce and design capabilities are set to integrate with Senco Gold's core business, promising synergies and improved customer experience. Melorra, which operates 21 stores, reported a turnover of ₹33.25 Cr in FY25. This acquisition makes Melorra a Senco Gold subsidiary, aligning with its long-term growth vision.
