PNB Housing Finance reported Q3 net profit of ₹520 Cr (+7.7% YoY) & 9M net profit of ₹1,635 Cr (+18.0% YoY). Retail loan assets grew 16% to ₹81,931 Cr, driven by Affordable & Emerging Markets. Gross NPA improved to 1.04%, aided by ₹49 Cr recovery from written-off pools.
