Computer Age Management Services Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 22-01-2026: Dividend

CAMS has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share for shareholders. The Record Date for eligibility is January 30, 2026, with dividend disbursement expected by February 20, 2026.

The board also approved the financial results for the quarter and nine-month period ending December 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 36.70 Cr, with profit after tax at Rs. 12.20 Cr. Additionally, CAMS will invest Rs. 1 Cr in Sahamati Foundation, which aims to become a Self-Regulatory Organisation in the Account Aggregator space.
