Ujjivan SFB reported a solid Q3FY26 performance. Net Interest Income hit ₹1,000 Cr (+8.5% QoQ), with Profit After Tax soaring 70.8% YoY to ₹186 Cr. The Gross Loan Book grew 22% YoY to ₹37,057 Cr, largely fueled by a 49% YoY jump in the secured book, which now accounts for 48% of total loans. Total deposits increased 22.4% YoY to ₹42,223 Cr, with CASA deposits up 33.2% YoY. The bank's cost of funds dropped to 7.1%, and asset quality remains healthy with GNPA at 2.4% and NNPA at 0.6%. Collection efficiency stood strong at 97.9%.
Ujjivan is focused on expanding its secured portfolio through new offerings like Vehicle Finance, Gold, and Agri Banking, backed by digital initiatives and data analytics. For FY26, the bank anticipates around 20% advances growth and 35% secured book growth, targeting 10-12% RoE and 1.2-1.4% RoA. Long-term, it aims for a ₹1 Lakh Cr advances book by FY30, with a 65-70% secured share and improved operational efficiency.
