Alivus Life Sciences delivered a strong Q3FY26. Revenue from operations grew 4.8% YoY to ₹ 672.9 Cr, with 9MFY26 revenue up 7.2% YoY to ₹ 1,862.7 Cr. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 9.7% YoY to ₹ 150.3 Cr. This performance was largely driven by a significant recovery in the CDMO segment, which saw 85.3% YoY revenue growth, and robust growth in Non-GPL business (up 16.1% YoY for 9MFY26) across key markets like Europe, Japan, LATAM, ROW, and India. GPL business also saw a recovery, growing 13.8% YoY.
The company is strategically focused on expanding its CDMO business, launching new products, and developing complex API platforms, including oncology and HP APIs. Capacity expansion is underway, with construction for 465 KL capacity at the Solapur plant progressing, alongside planned additions at Ankleshwar and Dahej by FY27.
Management expressed confidence in sustaining margin expansion and high single-digit revenue growth for FY26, highlighting efforts to build a sustainable business through quality offerings and innovation. Strong free cash flow of ₹ 220.7 Cr was generated in 9MFY26, boosting cash reserves to ₹ 733.0 Cr.
