Strategically, Cyient is boosting its semiconductor play by acquiring a majority stake in Kinetic Technologies for analog/power IC leadership. It also partnered with Navitas for GaN adoption and launched India’s first indigenous smart meter chip (ARKA GKT-1).
Financially, DET segment's EBIT margin improved to 12.4% (+25bps QoQ), with PAT at ₹150 Cr and EPS at ₹13.55. Group PAT was ₹163 Cr. Cyient Semiconductors revenue jumped 10.7% QoQ to $6.8 million.
Management expects revenue recovery and positive momentum ahead, focusing on profitable growth from its diversified portfolio and recent initiatives.
