Genus Power Infrastructures has fixed February 06, 2026, as the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement. Shareholders of Genus Power on this date will be eligible to receive shares in Genus Prime Infra Limited. The swap ratio is 1 equity share of Genus Prime Infra (Rs. 2 face value) for every 6 equity shares held in Genus Power (Re. 1 face value).
