Suryoday Small Finance Bank's board approved Q3 & 9-month financial results (Dec 31, 2025). Net Profit: Q3 at ₹38.17 Cr, 9M at ₹106.29 Cr. The board also okayed re-appointing an independent director and raising up to ₹1,000 Cr via shares, both pending shareholder approval.
