InfoBeans board approved Q3 consolidated results: revenue at ₹134.46 Cr & profit at ₹19.29 Cr. They announced a 3:1 bonus share issue with Feb 27 as the record date. Authorized capital was also increased from ₹25 Cr to ₹100 Cr.
