IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Important, 23-01-2026: Updates

IRB Infrastructure Trust's SPV, IRB Harihara Corridors, commenced tolling on the TOT-17 Project (Lucknow-Ayodhya-Gorakhpur NH-27 & Lucknow-Sultanpur NH-731) for a 20-year concession. An upfront Concession Fee of Rs. 9,270 Cr was paid to NHAI, adding a significant asset to their portfolio.
