Kalind Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the final terms for its fully paid-up equity shares. The company will issue 7,08,90,000 new shares at ₹17.00 per share, aiming to raise ₹120.513 Cr. Shareholders eligible for the rights issue will receive 139 new shares for every 100 shares they currently hold, based on a record date of January 30, 2026. This capital raise will increase the total outstanding shares from 5.10 Cr to 12.189 Cr upon full subscription, strengthening the company's equity base.
