Aimtron Electronics Limited — JV/Acquisition, 23-01-2026: Acquisition

Aimtron Electronics' US subsidiary has established a new 100% wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, AIMTRON INTERNATIONAL CONTROLS, LLC, with a manufacturing facility in Decatur. This strategic move aims to engage global OEMs in mission-critical and high-reliability Electronic Systems Design and Manufacturing (ESDM). The new entity projects an initial revenue of ~$140 Cr (USD 16.90 million) by 2025, potentially growing to ~$208-249 Cr (USD 25-30 million) within three years. This is expected to be EPS accretive from year one and meet Aimtron’s ROE/ROCE benchmarks.
