Aimtron Electronics' subsidiary has acquired US-based ESDM and ODM company, International Control Services (ICS), Decatur, USA. This 100% acquisition expands Aimtron's US manufacturing footprint with a 58,000 sq. ft. facility and deepens its engineering and IP capabilities. ICS has an estimated USD 16.9 million revenue base. The acquisition is financed through USD 4.3 million debt and additional funds via warrants. This move targets increased capacity utilization to 90%, boosting revenue to USD 25-30 million in three years. Strategically, it supports geographic expansion, diversifies into sectors like agri-tech and medical tech, and mitigates tariff risks. The deal is projected to be EPS accretive from year one.
