Kapston's board approved a 1:2 bonus share issue and increased authorized share capital from ₹11.50 Cr to ₹20.00 Cr. The company will also incorporate 'Kapston Home Services Private Limited' as a wholly owned subsidiary with ₹1 Lakh initial capital for online home services.
