Kapston Services' board approved a 1:2 bonus share issue and hiked authorized capital from ₹11.5 Cr to ₹20 Cr. They also greenlit a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Kapston Home Services, with an initial capital of ₹0.01 Cr, for the online home services market.
