    PTC India's Board noted a Ministry of Power directive: NTPC to become the sole promoter. PFC, POWERGRID, and NHPC will exit as promoters and withdraw nominee directors. This structural shift splits the CMD role into a Non-Executive Chairman (NTPC CMD) and an Executive MD.
