    JSW Energy's board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated financial results. Q3 PAT surged 150% YoY to ₹420 Cr, EBITDA up 98% to ₹2,202 Cr, driven by 65% higher power sales. The board also approved a ₹3,000 Cr preferential issue and re-appointed Munesh Khanna as Independent Director.
