BCC Fuba India has completed the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Iogems Technologies Private Limited (ITPL) for INR 5.10 lakh. This strategic move facilitates forward integration into the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment, utilizing BCC Fuba's established Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing expertise. ITPL, incorporated in October 2025, operates in the EMS sector in India and currently has no turnover. This acquisition aims to expand BCC Fuba's value chain and enhance its market presence.
