Board approved strong consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, with PAT at ₹12.50 Cr & revenue at ₹98 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹2.50/share was declared. The board also gave a nod to a Rights Issue up to ₹50 Cr and welcomed Ms. Priya Sharma as Independent Director.
