The board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, with consolidated net profit at Rs. 1,027.97 Cr. An interim dividend of Rs. 2.75/share was declared. They also greenlit fundraising of Rs. 3,330 Cr via preferential allotment of 15.38 lakh shares to Tata Sons and increased authorised share capital to Rs. 200 Cr.
