Shyam Metalics' Board approved a massive ₹6,660 Cr capex for new projects/expansion. Q3 consolidated revenue stood at ₹4,467 Cr & PAT at ₹197 Cr. For 9M, revenue was ₹13,318 Cr & PAT ₹749 Cr. Also, a non-operational subsidiary (SMIDMCC) will be liquidated, and an Independent Director appointed.
