    SBFC Finance's board approved major leadership changes: Aseem Dhru steps down as MD & CEO by March 31, 2026, transitioning to Vice-Chairman. Mahesh Dayani is appointed new MD & CEO from April 1, 2026 (shareholder approval pending). The Chief Collections Officer also resigned.
