Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd — Important, 24-01-2026: Company Update

Switching Technologies Gunther Limited has announced a Share Purchase Agreement. Specified Promoter Guenther America Inc. will sell 0.922 Cr equity shares, representing 37.63% of the company's paid-up capital, to BBU Enterprises Private Limited, Touristas Horizons Private Limited, and Mr. Nikhil Pujari for INR 27.66 Cr. This transaction will lead to a change in the company's management and control. The existing promoter group will cease control, initiating a declassification process, and the Board of Directors and key managerial personnel composition will be altered, subject to regulatory approvals and open offer completion.
