This allows shareholders to cast their votes electronically. Remote e-voting will commence on 21st February, 2026 at 09.00 a.m. and conclude on 23rd February, 2026 at 5.00 p.m. The cut-off date for eligibility to vote is 19th February, 2026. Members who vote remotely can still attend the EGM but cannot vote again.
