Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited's board has approved entering a binding term sheet to acquire approximately 55% stake in Associated Power Structures Limited (ASPL) for around 1,225 crore. This strategic move aims to expand Waaree RTL's presence and capabilities in the renewable energy and energy efficiency ecosystem. ASPL, which operates in power transmission and distribution, will become a subsidiary. This acquisition aligns with Waaree RTL's vision for integrated clean energy solutions, strengthening its market position. ASPL reported a turnover of 1,226.64 crore and a net worth of 339.53 crore as of March 2025.
