Raymond's Board approved merging its wholly-owned subsidiary Everblue Apparel (EBAL) to streamline operations, integrate garmenting business, and enhance efficiency. EBAL had a turnover of ₹108.58 Cr. No new shares will be issued, keeping Raymond's shareholding unchanged.
