    XYL Ltd's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results: Q2 PAT at ₹12.50 Cr, H1 PAT at ₹25 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹2.50/share was declared. They also greenlit raising up to ₹50 Cr via a Rights Issue and appointed Mr. Arvind Sharma as an Independent Director.
