N. B. I. Industrial Finance's board met, approving Q3 consolidated results (Revenue ₹951.85, Profit ₹648.70) and increasing authorized share capital to ₹10.35 Cr. The board also expanded business activities and appointed Mr. Hari Mohan Bangur & Mr. Prashant Bangur as Additional Directors. Ms. Riya Puja Jain resigned.
