Ramkrishna Forgings' board approved Q3 & nine-month consolidated financial results. Q3 PAT was ₹13.57 Cr on ₹1098.52 Cr revenue, after a ₹10.43 Cr exceptional charge. The company announced allotment of warrants for ~₹405 Cr in potential fundraising. Inventory discrepancy issues have been resolved.
