    Transport Corporation of India's subsidiary sold its 100% stake in TCI Global (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to TCI Express Pte. Ltd. for SGD 18,000. TCI Global is no longer a TCI step-down subsidiary, now belonging to TCI Express. This related-party deal has no direct impact on TCI.
