A-1 Limited's members approved alterations to its Memorandum of Association (MOA), which have now been registered. These changes significantly expand the company's main business objectives to include importing, exporting, trading, and manufacturing sports equipment and related accessories. Additionally, the company will now engage in sourcing, supplying, contract manufacturing, and manufacturing pharmaceutical products, drug intermediates, nutraceuticals, and healthcare products for both national and international markets. Consequently, the company's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) has also been updated. This broadens the company's operational scope into new, diverse sectors.
