    Bikaji Foods' Board approved ₹50 Cr investment in its QSR subsidiary. It formed a JV (70% stake) with Bakemart founder for frozen bakery. Additionally, ₹5 Cr and ₹8 Cr loans were approved for a subsidiary and a contract manufacturer respectively, plus ₹25 Cr in OCDs for another manufacturer.
