    CRISIL has assigned new credit ratings for Crompton Greaves. It assigned 'CRISIL AA+/Stable' for Long Term Bank Loan Facilities of 975 Cr and 'CRISIL A1+' for Short Term Bank Loan Facilities of 975 Cr. The rating for Non-Convertible Debentures of 300 Cr was withdrawn as they were fully redeemed.
